I been using tape on my nipple to make my chest look flat for 5 years and my nipple have scars tht look horrible , there's a pool party in September and I want to go but I'm self conscious about my nipples ! HELP!!!

The treatment of unsightly scars can involve the use of medications, surgery, and/or lasers or other technology-based equipment. In your case, the scars appear to be flat and red/purple in color. Such scars usually respond well to vascular laser treatment. Usually a few treatments produces significant improvement. Of course, you would need to discontinue the use of tape. Without examining a patient I am not able to make a more specific treatment recommendation.
