Scars from Insect Bite Its 15years Ago?

I want a treatment only for my scars 15 yrs ago. I got it from insect bites and now become big scars on my legs,it's dark I want to remove,pls help me I want a effective treatment only no laser..

Laser hair removal may help the situation longterm.  However, I would first pretreat the area with exfoliating lightening pads such as MelaPads.  This will help prevent and improve dark spots. Raffy Karamanoukian, Los Angeles
