Ways to prevent non-incision double eyelid surgery coming undone?

I recently got the non-incision method of double eyelid surgery done in south korea about a month ago. the surgeon said i was a good candidate for this method as the skin on my eyelid is naturally thin and doesn't have a lot of fat underneath. except i'm now hearing from people and on forums that for some people, their eyelids have completely come undone within a year and even a few months for others. I'm getting worried!!is there anything i can do to prevent or slow this down?!

You are correct that ptosis of the opposite eyelid can occur after unilateral eyelid surgery and this is called Hering's law. However from your photo, it does not appear that your right upper eyelid is droopy but rather the left upper eyelid looks a bit high. Eyelid...

There are many ways of performing a lower Blepharoplasty, several of which depend of what your lower eyelids look like.  Photos would help in the evaluation.  You can e-mail these if you don't want them public on this forum.  Hope this helps.
