Hello. I have just returned home from surgery this morning. I know... Early times haha. Obviously the top of my breast is quite high and firm, the bottom is soft and I can feel my natural breast tissue there. Will the textured implants drop onto the softer tissue over time? I have 445R and 400L dual plane. I was borderline lift.
