I’m looking at getting Radio Frequency Skin Tightening on my face to treat signs of ageing. My skin is prone to keloid scarring so am wondering if this type of procedure can cause keloids. I’ve been advised against any type of micro needling as this may cause keloids, but have been told RF will be a safe procedure. Does RF cause damage to the skin when it heats it up, or does the heat cause more collagen production but not actually damage the skin.
