Many physicians that have purchased the
CoolSculpting device have purchase the Vanquish
as a treatment to enhance #non-surgicalbodycontouring
results. In some cases the Vanquish has
replaced it. Many doctors who have promoted #CoolSculpting , have determined that the Vanquish
is a fast, safe and effective way to
treat unwanted fat without downtime or complications. Some doctors use both systems or, as in our
office other systems such as Ultrashape and Velashape. Vanquish can cover a large area in a short
period of time per treatment and a much shorter course of treatment, – a whole
abdomen, flank to flank and circumferential. It is very efficient and a course
of treatment takes weeks instead of months with Coolsculpt.

I tell all my patients, that each treatment needs to be individualized.  Most patients want contouring and there are very few options with noninvasive devices to get body shaping.  They all require multiple treatments, with some wait time for the results and will cost more money in the long run than liposuction.  With liposuction/lipocontouring, you can get full body shaping in one procedure and even use that fat to define muscles, lift the buttock, or enhance the face.  you will need an in person consultation to determine what you are a candidate for and what would be in your best interest for your goals.  Good luck!  Dr. Emer.

Non-invasive devices for fat removal are limited and work best in people in good physical shape. The newest, and perhaps best is UltraShape. None provide the results of liposuction but are easy to have done. Don't forget that local anesthesia liposuction involves only one day of down time, so recovery is not the issue.Each person should be carefully evaluated, ideally by a doctor who does liposuction.
