Drinking 8 glasses of water/day, have not changed my routine at all. I am older, 64 years old but trim, fit and exercise 1 1/2 hours daily, have been doing that for some 30+years. I have not changed my diet. My target area is midsection, which has uneven fat pockets left from poorly done liposuction 10 yrs ago. I am pretty disappointed to see no change at all. I have 2 more to go. I am 5' 8",weigh 137 lbs. Is it me or technician lack of expertise? I paid $3000 for 4 treatments, 30 minutes each.
