Is the Infini device effective on tethered scarring, and rolling scars? Based on my rudimentary understanding of the mechanism of the device, it seems that Infini might be more effective for treating tethered scars than subcision. Is this true?

We usually recommend patients wait to shower after 24 hours. The micro-needling openings will be closed and therefore describe the chance of bacteria getting in. They can wash their face with a non-harsh wash and pat dry. Hope this helps.
