I am not aware of any reports linking Dysport or Botox injection to skin pigmentation change, so I doubt that it would be related and this could just be a coincidence. Due to the presence of growing mole, you should keep an eye on that area (which I am sure you do!) and do a follow up with your doctor if you notice any skin changes. I hope it helps and good luck!

I think it is just a coincidence that your pigment/skin change is in the location of Dysport injections. I have never seen nor heard of Dysport (or any neurotoxin) causing pigmentation issues or moles, so I do not suspect it as the cause. Good Day. Thank you for your question, narrative and photographs.Simple answer: no, it cannot.It is just a coincidence that the lesions are at the locations of the muscle relaxant. Sun exposure is related to growth of some skin lesions and others a change in the DNA of the local cells. Much of the later we are learning more after examining the human genome in detail. The DNA alteration will most likely be a key to future cancer treatments.I recommend a health care professional examining you and determining if excision versus continued close observation is indicated.Keep using sun block to limit the sun exposure which creates wrinkles.Enjoy your self.
