I have heaviness across the bridge of my nose, any suggestions to fix this? (Photos)

The appearance in the photo is somewhat unusual.. Your skin has a what is called "peau d'orange' thickened look.  I cannot relate this to Botox or Dysport but question what type of filler was used --If silicone was injected into this area, a delayed reaction is possible months or years after injection..  Have never seen this from the standard Hyaluronic acid fillers...I would advise that you should not undertake further treatments till you find out what was injected and discussed it with the individual that injected you.. As to a more definitive approach, surgical correction would depend on how the tissues feel, how mobile they are and acceptance of risks of a surgical procedure.

Your photos do not give a clear picture of your entire nose.  Based on your photos, and the information you have shared, it appears your problem can be address with a forehead lift.  An in person evaluation is needed to confirm.  Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.
