Fit/tall/broad shouldered girl - implant size? (Photo)

I am wanting suggestions on how big to go to balance my shoulders. Whether I should go mid or high profile as my breast are wide apart and I have quiet low body fat. Any suggestions would be great. I've been for a consultation and just want a few more opinions? Thanks!

Hi Shanta,Yes, you are right, a 5 cc difference is not a lot, nor is a 25 cc difference.  A teaspoon is 5cc and an ounce is 30cc.  So between the 425 versus 450, this is less than one ounce. As you mentioned, the implant is also flattened somewhat when under the muscle, so it is a good...

Silicone implants feel more like natural breast tissue whereas saline implants tend to have more waviness and bounce more when jumping or running especially in those with small breasts.See a board certified plastic surgeon for best advice.

A breast augmentation loses virtually no blood. If anemia is severe enough to postpone surgery then it should be worked up. Talk to your primary care physician
