I was just wondering if fibroblast was effective in treating hooded eyes? Are there any other non surgical treatments available? Thank you
Answer: Wondering if fibroblast was effective in treating hooded eyes The treatment for hooded redundant upper eyelid skin still remains surgical. There have been no effective nonsurgical treatments that can clean up the extra skin of your upper eyelids as surgery does. It remains the most popular of all cosmetic surgeries in the world. And that is for a reason, it is relatively simple compared to other procedures and good results are expected. Of course, this is only if the procedure is performed correctly. Although there are instances wears injections can be performed to make the upper lids look more youthful, there are no other effective reducing

Answer: Improving Hooded Eyelids -- Botox/Xeomin/Dysport/Jeuveau for Brow Lift, Fillers, RF (Thermage, Legacy, Viva), Blepharoplasty For significant improvement, hooded eyelids require surgery if there is enough skin. For nonsurgical treatments: Radiofrequency (Thermage or Venus Legacy/Viva), injectable fillers, and a Botox brow lift can help contour the eyebrows and lift the eyelid skin. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an experienced cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Fibroblasts to treat hooded eyes? Thank you for sharing your question. Fibroblasts will not be of benefit for hooded eyes. The only option is upper eyelid Blepharoplasty. Sometime laser skin resurfacing is performed in conjunction with the surgery to improve the appearance of the skin. See an experienced eyelid specialist for detailed evaluation and guidance.Good luck,

Answer: Non surgical eyelift There are 1)laser 2) radio frequency 3)filler. Not sure what kind of fibroblast you're talking about but be aware of commercialised products pushed by "cosmetic clinics". Surgery is the gold standard but there are legitimate non surgical options for the right patients. Wish you the best in your journey, Dr Leo Kim, Specialist Plastic Surgeon in Sydney
