What would need to be done to fix fat in armpits still? (Photos)

Question

My armpits got fat during pregnancy. And had milk in them. This was over 2 years ago. I’m 20. So I had my axillary breast tissue removed about 7 months ago. I’m still very unhappy with my results . I still get a huge fat bulge when wearing bras. And still have excess skin! It also swells still. Near my period. I have an appointment with my surgeon again. But I was wondering what I would need done? To fix this an make my results perfect. I just want a normal armpit crease. Ones also bigger

This is a relatively common area where an extension of the breast tissue can exist. If it is mostly soft fatty breast tissue it will respond well to liposuction. If there is a firmer glandular component it would need to be 'excised'  which would mean an access incision and scar. It looks like you have a scar in the armpit. Is this where the previous removal of tissue was via? If so it may be possible to use the same incisions. In severe case it is possible to make incision directly over the area and this would ultimately give best results because skin can also be removed. The trade-off of course though is the scar. This will fade and improve with time but you'd be best to chat about your options again with your surgeon.

Hello thank you for the question and I am sorry to hear that you are not happy.
Breasts are formed out of breast tissue and fat. As you are young, you probably have a lot of breast tissue, not too much fat. I understand you had surgery, it looks like you had a small inconspicuous scar in the axilla.
Talking to your surgeon who knows you and your particular circumstances it's your best attitude, and decide whether you want more extensive scarring or would you settle for a less than "perfect" result.
It really depends what is "perfect " for you. I have not seen any photos from before but it does not look too bad now.
