My occipital bone in my skull sticks out and when you look at me from the side my head looks huge and a weird shape. I also have a long thin neck but im planning to put weight on, i dont know if that would help. Im worried a chin implant that only gives horinzontal projection will make it look even worse. What do you think? I feel like there is a trade off here. Am i doomed?
