a couple of years ago i had calf implants and i love the results. they are very natural and i have had no problems. i got two implants lateral and medial on each leg. based on my aesthetic goals years later i have come to realise that i actually want my medial part of my calf muscle larger than the lateral. to almost make the leg as a whole to look straighter and have more if a inward direction. is it safe to go one larger in the medial area with a implant? or it is it too risky

Thanks for your question and the photos you provided. You can consider 1. calf implants or 2. fat transfer to the calves. Both procedures have risks and benefits. Make sure you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to figure out which procedure will be best for you. Good luck!
