Aftermath of getting a laser treatment for a first timer. Do you blister afterwards? Is there peeling of the skin? (Photo)

I've had this tattoo for about 3 years now and it's starting to really irritate me. Actually, it makes me uncomfortable. The mere sight of it is really heartbreaking to me. I've decided to get it removed as soon as possible. But I've only started learning about laser treatment and so forth. I'm absolutely clueless about it and I'm looking for someone to fill me in a bit so that I don't end up in a situation even more stressful than the one I am in now. So, please. Help me!
