I had my eyebrows microbladed. I opted for saline removal after laser turned my ink dark. The saline treatment caused some redness & broken capillaries that I can see that haven't healed. Similar to post inflammatory erythema. I am currently 8 months post op. Im curious if there is a laser that can target redness that is safe to use over ink? The saline didn't get all of the ink out. I am also curious if there is a laser that can safely go over ink but also not cause permanent hair loss. Thnx.
Im a healthy, 37 year old female who has had 5 tattoo removal sessions over the last year. The tattoo is on my foot and has had persistent redness. It goes away temporarily after my feet are elevated or I am off them for a while. It gets worse after a hot shower. Its been persistent since the 2nd treatment. Ive stretched the sessions out to 3-4 months in between now. The tech said she thinks it will go away. How can I treat this to ensure its not permanent?
Hellow i had my first blak ink tattoo lazer removal 22 days ago and i have redness across the who tattoo area I wanna know if my skin is gonna heal and go back to its normal color and if yes how long shoud it take ? And what should i use to help with the discoloration?
I went to get a laser session to remove my tattoo a few days ago. The dermatologist used an Nd-YAG laser with multiple (I think 7) intensities on the same day. He gave me an antibiotic cream to apply and some bandages. A few days later, the redness subsided but I was left with a large patch of yellow on my chest. Is this a sign of infection or will it fade away eventually?
About 5 years ago, I began getting a small tattoo on my wrist removed. I used Q-switch and Picosure lasers over the course of 2-3 years. Now, in the two years since I have ceased treatments, the tattoo site randomly becomes red, inflamed, and raised. Any idea as to why this happens so seemingly randomly and so long after tattoo removal sessions have ceased? It only seems to happen once every few weeks at most, the rest of the time it is flat and flesh-colored.
I got picoway laser removal and this is how it looks the next day. It isn't painful, and when I touch the area it doesn't hurt, it just feels stiff and is very swollen. It is, however, sore. There's only a couple of blisters, but overall it isn't painful. It feels incredibly sore when I get up after laying down for a while.
I had one session of laser tattoo removal of my microbladed brow and it turned bright red. My microblade was done a year ago and wasnt done correctly, so I wanted it removed. I was told about laser tattoo removal. It has been two weeks and the redness isnt fading. I tried aloe Vera initially. My dermatologist gave me hydrocortisone then switched to triancinolone with moisturizer. Im am taking Zyrtec as an antihistamine. Nothing is working to help it fade even a little and no one knows what to do. Please help.
I have a full sleeve, full chest piece, half a back piece, and a stomach piece, and some of those are cover-ups. All tattoos were fine afterward apart from once, I was in the hospital in so much pain the next day, I think it was infected, they said tendinitis. I had a laser test patch 9 months ago, no redness, no blisters, nothing, it faded the ink, but after 6 days, I was sick for 2 weeks (cold/flu). Can I use lasers?
I had done a saline removal about 3 weeks ago on the inner corners of my eyebrows, the scan came off and the skin was a little pink underneath. Then 2 days ago I did laser tattoo removal on the entire eyebrow and the part where the skin was pink turned blood red. Is this going to heal?
