Hello, I am planning to join army and only disqualifier is a tattoo on my hand (image attached). I did some research and found out that all laser removal procedures take atleast 8-12 months for the removal. I've heard tattoo excision procedure is a good option for small tattoos. I'd like to know the recovery time, cost and any other details I should know about. Thanks. AJ
