Can the red pigment from eyebrows be removed? (photos)

I have have 3 laser treatments to remove my eyebrow tattoo. ALL THE BROWN is gone. Now my eye brows are RED! Is there anything that can get the red removed? I'm covering them everyday with concealer and I'm tired of that. HELP! I'm willing to travel to get this off!
