I had an open rhinoplasty over 7 weeks ago.My hump was removed and tip reduced. The area where the hump was still has a slight bump. The tip looks as big as it did before. From the half side view my nose looks as big as it did before. There is an improvement in the side profile view.On cast removal I was excessively swollen,my surgeon said he removed almost half of the tip cartilage. Can I expect a 'dramatic' reduction or is this pretty much near the end result.I am so disappointed.
