3 rhinoplasties over 20 yrs and my nose is worse! Can this be improved upon? Im miserable. Ugly!

Question

1surgery cosmetic issues only. 2 surgery(different surgeon) used template+ open procedure turbinate reduction,deviated septum (sinus issues, possibly graft (?) 3rd surgery- closed template,small things done near bridge.(memory fail!) Cortisone injection in tip of nose later but did nothing.Snore now !Can this b made attractive, not prominent ? Don't even know if i can afford to fix it now. Scared of how skilled the surgeon is ( corrective surgery )after this many operations ! Paid for all ops!

Dear TraceySorry to hear your story.  You indeed seem to have had it tough.  If your soft tissues are reasonable (ie your nose is reasonably soft and not too scarred), I would say something could probably be done.  However you would need very careful assessment and planning with an experienced surgeon.Revisionary rhinoplasty is always a more difficult operation due to the scarring within the nose, and the material left to work with.  However until you have been properly assessed it's not possible to give you full guidance here.  Cost may be an issue.  This is also something you will neeed to be clear about.I don't know how much help this has been, but I would think an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon would be able to help.With best wishes.
