Can revision rhinoplasty/otoplasty be fixed and what went wrong? Are injectables ok for my nose?

Its hard to get a complete look from your photos.  I would post more showing your entire face and nose with front and side profiles.  Also, when was your original rhinoplasty?  I would recommend waiting at least a year before any revisions are considered.  Good luck!

Your grafts may have shifted or absorbed after the trauma.  Best to give it a full year and then reassess the need to perform another revision which would likely require rib grafting

Diced cartilage is a better alternative to rib cartilage as warping could happen with the latter. This procedure is relatively new but done by those who surgeons performing revision rhinoplasty.
