PS did both my surgeries.The 1st left boxer's nose,tight nostrils,difficulty breathing,&telephone ear deformity.Revision left all above and: low/flat/wide bridge,dry nose,bad smelling nose/ears,too much nostril show,crooked/flatter/higher tip, ear pulling out,ears too close in middle.& folds forming crevices behind my ears. How can I get a version of my old nose just without a bump?

Its hard to get a complete look from your photos. I would post more showing your entire face and nose with front and side profiles. Also, when was your original rhinoplasty? I would recommend waiting at least a year before any revisions are considered. Good luck!

Your grafts may have shifted or absorbed after the trauma. Best to give it a full year and then reassess the need to perform another revision which would likely require rib grafting
