10 days after the 6th Vanquish BTL on my abdomen, my belly seems bigger.

You have swelling, which is typical after Vanquish. Lymphatic massages can give improvement. It can take several weeks to begin to see results with Vanquish. Vanquish is good for permanently removing stubborn areas of fat and providing mild skin tightening, but needs a combination approach to get the most improvement. I recommend combining Vanquish with Venus Legacy/Exilis Ultra treatments. We currently use a fire and ice treatment with Coolsculpting and Vanquish for good results in fat removal. However, a VASER hi definition procedure would give you the best results for body shaping, but requires more down-time. Hello and thank you for your question. It is not uncommon to have some swelling and feel bloated after vanquishing. It is important to stay hydrated and active and this will subside. Visible results should be seen around 4-6 weeks after your last treatment. Hope this helps!

Thank you for your question. It sounds as though you received a proper protocol with the combination of Vanquish Me and acoustic wave therapy. It is still too early to evaluate your results but they should become evident by 4-6 weeks out from your last treatment. The swelling/bloating you are experiencing could well be due to the process of fat cell death. Things that may adversely effect patients' results include poor hydration status and sedentary lifestyle. I hope this was helpful - Dr. Moore.

Hi there.  It's expected to experience some swelling as well as that bloating feeling and change in stools.  All are good signs that fat destruction is hopefully occurring.  It can take several weeks to get results.  We often combine treatments with Zwave (similar to cellutone) as well as Exilis Ultra.  We also recommend a fire and ice approach where we combine Vanquish or Exilis Ultra with Coolsculpting or with Sculpsure and Zwave.  Vaser liposuction also works very well and is the fastest for fat reduction if you can have a bit of recovery time. 

Andomem can feel soft and swollen after the vanquish treatment and it is due to the materials released from disruption of fat cells. Swelling should resolve and optimal results can be usually seen after a couple of months. You may want to continue with cellutone treatment for faster resolution of the swelling.
