Asymmetry of the jaw, jawline and lips. Are lower facelift, lower and upper lip lift good solutions? (photos)

upkeep
I'm 40. The right side of my face seems to be aging faster than the left. I feel like I look like I have suffered a mild stroke. My lips turn down and my jowls are more droopy on my right side. I would like to lift the cheeks off my jawline and away from the sides of my mouth. I would also like to correct my heavy bottom lip. Is there a liplift to correct symmetry and a bottom lip lift? Could the fat be taken out of my jowl area and moved to my cheeks? All suggestions are very much appreciated.
