Picosure removal 100 percent guarantee?

Question

I have a very dense black ink tattoo professionally done and was wondering if it is possible for it to be totally removed by laser treatment otherwise I won't waste my money. The tattoo is about 5 inches by 5 inches with a lot of dark shading located on the inside of my bicep.

tattoos- almost more than anyone and conducted many of the tattoo removal laser
studies and still can’t predict how any one tattoo will do but in over 90% of
them we can completely clear the tattoo with all the newer lasers that we have
available.  So… no way to predict but very good chance and I typically say
“95% of the time we can remove 95% of the tattoo (unless there is an unusual
color in it).

Unfortunately in medicine or specifically in laser aesthetic procedures, there is no 100% guarantee for anything. The only guarantee or 100% certainty is that you will have this tattoo forever if you don't do anything about it.Black inks are the best inks to clear with FDA approved devices.

PicoSure is likely your best option. Is it likely to remove the entire tattoo, absolutely. However, the number of treatment required is impossible to guarantee, given that black inks are not all the same. I have seen black ink tatoos disappear after a couple of treatments, with others taken 12-16 treatments.

Black is the easiest type of tattoo to remove.  PicoSure is an excellent choice, but not a 100% guarantee.  I have four different tattoo removal lasers that includes a PicoSure laser.  Sometimes my VersaPulse, Fotona QX Max or Ruby Laser is better for some tattoos.  Sometimes a larger spot size with more power and a nanosecond pulse is more effective on a deeper tattoo than a pico-second pulse with a smaller spot size and less power.
