Thanks for your question and the photo. It's impossible to create mirror image breasts although that is what we strive for. Given the fact that you had the hematoma and that you only had one side lifted, it will take longer to settle out and realize the final result. Part of this is the reduction in the areolar diameter and part is the closing of the small opening. I think you will be very happy in the end. Best of Luck!

I have to say that you are still early on healing process, it is too soon to
determine how your results are going to be, per now, they look very nice and
beautiful, you can have one bigger than the other, feel swollen and also have
bruises and open wounds, it is normal and that can happen for the first 3 to 4
months until your implants have settle in. I recommend you to wait and keep
using your post surgical bra, that will help you with the shape and support. Hugs!

From your pictures, the surgical result looks excellent, but it is difficult to tell how significant the minor difference is between the breasts without seeing your pre-op photos.  The larger areola can be made smaller, after you are healed with a minor procedure under local anesthesia.  No woman has perfectly balanced, symmetrically equal breasts, and your differences appear from the photos to be within natural variation.  Remember we are aperating on loiving tissue which stretches and pulls, not on stone, wood or clay.
