I'm 5 weeks out of having a breast lift on one side and sillicone implants in both. One breast was drooping and I told him that the most important thing to me was getting the nipples to look even. Why wouldn't he tell me that having a lift on onlyone breast will make the nipple look bigger? Also I suffered a hemorrhage on the lifted one. After he drained it He said the swelling should go down and the opening should heal. The opening has yet to heal after a week and keeps leaking out clear fluid.

Photos do not change the change the reality but they may make it more apparent to you than on direct examination. Perception is everything. Some asymmetry is to be expected in everyone. So long as you are satisfied with the outcome, that is the important thing.
