I'm skinny. Can I get a fat transfer in my buttocks area?

Unfortunately, without pictures, it is very difficult to give you a proper answer.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Sexier bottocks are MUCH more than big. If big was the sole criteria for sexy butts we would be seeing millions of the chunky, overhanging, bursting at the seams so-called Ghetto Botties splashed in Playboy, GQ, Sports Illustrated and many more.  But - we do not.we can spend well over an hour describing what a sexy butt looks or should look like and fullness is but one component. Items like a Lumbar Scoop (lordosis), a well defined V Zone btween the cheks, a half dome shape of the cheeks with the under buttock crease extending just half way the width of the posterior upper thigh, good skin tone etc.As skinny as you may be, you still probably have fat elsewhere which may be liposuctionned and transferred to the depressed or flat areas of the buttock. Would such fat be sufficient to meet YOUR goals? Only a face to face examination with a reliable Plastic surgeon could answer your question.Please remember - just about anyone can put fat in someone's buttocks. Each person is unique and even some patients who would categorize themselves as 'skinny' may have small collections of fat in several areas of the body than can be removed and transferred to the buttocks. Slender individuals may also need less fat transferred to make a significant difference in appearance. Another option is a buttock implant but this is a relatively specialized procedure that not all surgeons perform. A word of caution - do not inject anything other than fat into the buttocks. There is actually a black market of buttock augmentation with materials of questionable safety usually performed by non-physicians. Best of Luck  Dr Harrell

It is impossible to say whether you are a candidate for fat transfer without seeing at least some photos but doing an exam is better. You would be surprised at how very thin patients can still have a moderate amount of fat. To have surgery at 17, you must get consent from one of your parents. I personally think it is better to wait until you are fully developed to have surgery, so you don't want to do it too young.
