You asked a very common question women have with breast implant surgery. First, breast cup sizes are not standardized and equal. Bra manufactures do not all use the same volumes for cup sizes and there can be differences on the way you are measured. It is a good reference to use to determine the choice of implant size but more important is matching the width of the implant to your breast width. One should not just look at the volume but also the shape to get the best result. Yes, there will be a difference when the implant is placed but the cc or size stays the same. I have found that computer imaging can give you an idea of the result but unfortunately human anatomy does not always change like the computer image afterwards. Therefore, without an exam it would be hard to know exactly if the chosen implants would be the right ones. Hopefully, your surgeon has taken this into consideration and has advised you accordingly.
