Botched Kybella - how can I fix this? (Photo)

Question

I feel disfigured. I went and had Kybella procedure performed and the skin under my chin has become deformed. I am supposed to be getting married in 2 months and not sure how to remedy this.

It appears the Kybella was not injected properly. It looks like the product was focused in one main area and not placed in a natural/consistent pattern. You could have additional Kybella treatments to attempt to smooth out the area. However, this close to your wedding, I would recommend consulting with a plastic/cosmetic surgeon for a more predictable outcome.

The 1 posted photo demonstrates why non surgical treatments are not the best options! The KyBella did exactly what it was suppose to do - melt the sub chin fat! It does not tighten excess skin.... Need before photos to see if surgical lipo or surgical lipo with mini neck lift or My Elevate suture were needed. NOW, the timing is so little. Seek ASAP a boarded plastic surgeon for mini neck lift or My Elevate suture. Expect fees in the $10,000 ranges. Good luck...
