Can my botched knees and inner thigh lipo be fixed? (Photo)

Question

I am a veteran, so care goes through the VA. 5 years ago, my VA doctor sent me for a breast reduction counsel with VA plastics (went from a D to an F after two IVF babies). VA plastics said I was a candidate for a breast implant removal and breast reduction. On the 5th revision, fat was removed from thighs to fix breast issued. This left my inner thighs and knee area looking terrible. Now breasts are ugly and my legs, too. Can my inner thighs be fix? I would like to wear my shorts again

I’m sorry to hear about your experience. It sounds like you’ve been through a challenging journey with your breast reduction and subsequent revisions, as well as the impact on your inner thighs.

Based on the picture you provided, it appears that a liposculpture of the area (liposuction +fat transfer), in good hands, would allow to fix the issue.

Of course, an « in person » consultation is necessary.

It’s going to be difficult to improve the outcome of your inner thigh liposuction results. Probably better to cut bait and stop now. You have skin laxity and that can be made worse by liposuction. You may find surgeons who are more enthusiastic but you need to ask yourself how many surgeries you want to have especially for situations that have no easy or good solutions. Best,
