I am 10yrs post op from a tummy tuck with muscle repair. I work out regularly. A couple weeks ago I turned a weird way and felt a pop then had a bulge in my abdominal area for about a minute which almost felt like a Charlie horse then it went away. For the last 2 weeks the area has been a tad sore as if from working out and stretching. No bruising. Do you feel as if this may be a muscle repair fail or perhaps just strain?

The photos submitted do not demonstrate an obvious underlying cause for the contour that concerns you. I encourage you to begin by speaking with your surgeon and having an evaluation. A five pound weight gain would not typically be enough to cause a visual difference in your results.
I'm sorry to hear of the issues you are having since your tummy tuck. This cannot be diagnosed through photos and needs to be evaluated by your surgeon. It could be related to a number of issues including swelling, seroma, muscle repair failure, etc. Your surgeon will help guide you.
You need an examination to be certain, but may have had some sutures pull loose if you have not had weight gain. I would also go back to your surgeon and compare post operative photos.
