You have an absolutely fantastic result. It is not uncommon for things to stretch out a little with time but I don’t think you need anything done. Enjoy your excellent result and thank your surgeon for doing a great job

5 pounds can definitely have an affect on the tummy tuck result. With muscle tightening the space to hold intra-abdominal continent is reduced and any increase in visceral fat will show as abdominal bulging. Try losing the 5 pounds then take pictures and compare.Often weight gain shows as a bulging of the upper abdomen bud it can show on the lower abdomen as well.
