Zirconia bridge does not fit margins and looks unsightly. Is there any recourse after it is permanently cemented?

Hello there,I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your new bridge.  It sounds like you have several issues going on here.  With time, the food traps underneath your bridge will likely cause infection and decay of the tooth structure.  I would recommend expressing your concerns with your dentist.  To correct these issues, I would recommend a new bridge.  Be sure to okay your new bridge before it is permanently cemented.  Looking at before and after photos is the best way to select a dentist that will leave you with results that you will love. Hi, thanks for write... Sorry about that, you should approved your new Zirconia crowns before cemented, it's so difficult to remove and try to fix, highly risky for implants and Abutments, maybe with bonding your doctor could do something. Good luck.

Yes, you should have been able to "approve" your new bridge before it was seated but unfortunately there's no real way to completely fix the issues you have explained without removing and remaking your new bridge. If you haven't already, you should absolutely express your concerns with your dentist. Although your bridge was permanently cemented, a special type of cement should have been used that is not as strong as regular bridge cement since implants are involved - this is typically done in case your bridge does need to be removed in the future and to protect your implants under for such a removal. Food traps may only get worse and you'll have to be diligent about cleaning or risk infection over time. In addition, high margins may cause recession if margins weren't already high; lower than needed margins may cause sensitivity and bacteria build-up that could also create future issues. It's recommended you speak to your dentist sooner rather than later since the issues you've explained will not subside over time. We hope this helps and best wishes to you! 

That´s once of thereasons doctors should make a study model before starting working with crowns and veneers. Once crowns are placed with final cement it can´t be possible. The only solution for your situation is another prosthesis.
