I am an 18 year old man, I’m wondering what specific plastic surgeries I would benefit from? I am in the process of getting a rhinoplasty, and am considering a genio after this. Can any doctors offer any advice on what may look good cosmetically? Any advice is appreciated

Hello, You still have a chance for rhinoplasty procedure to improve your nose shape and remove the dorsal hump. It is better for you to consult a facial plastic surgeon who can examine you, check your nasal septum and discuss what changes can be made to your nose with rhinoplasty procedure.

The only advice I can suggest is to use saline nasal spray and nasal irrigation. Hopefully that would curse out whatever is causing the odor. You don’t mention if you have tried this. I would also be interested in the details if your rhinoplasty. Are there cartilage grafts there? They could b...
