Picture of fat grafting has not gained popularity because their results tend to not be all that great. Grafted fat can look like diffuse fullness and unlike implants doesn’t create the chiseled defined appearance of highly athletic extremely low BMI patients.

Instead results end up looking a bit like gynecomastia.

VASER has no particular advantage to any other form of Liposuction and I would not choose based on equipment used but rather choose the provider who has the greatest amount of experience and skill.

Well done pectoral implants and very low BMI patience tend to look better than fat transfer in my opinion.

For most men it’s better to skip either of these two options and just hit the gym and keep your weight down down down.

It is common to do liposculpting and fat transfer with a BMI of 30.
