As the title says, I had lip fillers done about 4 years ago and it never fully dissolved, instead it looks ugly and deformed (one side is bigger than the other), l had hyaluronidase injected multiple times to dissolve it, however I barely see any difference after each session, what can I do to fix it?

If a typical HA lip filler was used it would be uncommon for the filler to remain four years after treatment. HA fillers for the lips generally last six months to a year.  However if it is present it may take more injections of hyaluronidase to finally dissolve it.
