Does Biofilm Preclude PRP treatment?

I've had a confirmed biofilm in my face due to dermal filler. Unfortunately, it left me with a great deal of volume loss and a huge line under my tear trough. Does the biofilm preclude PRP treatment? Trying to figure out how to fill in hollows safely without recurrence, spread of infection. Thanks.

Hi Brave387092. It is completely safe to do multiple PRP/PRF treatments in this area. I usually recommend the initial series be done with at least 3-5 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart.
