I’m barely 28 but my eyes have been so saggy and even a bit puffy for over a year. I tried otc treatments and changing any habits I could that might reduce my symptoms to no avail, so then I got mid cheek and tear trough filler in early 2024 which I feel only helped for a couple months before looking saggy again. I’d love to avoid surgery as long as possible if possible. Are there any in office procedures that may help address my issues? PRP maybe? I’m not wanting filler again
