How can I get rid of old scars on my legs from a hot water burn? (Photos)

Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis for most deep scars. The options available for acne scars depend on the character of your scars, in terms of topography and contour. Thanks for your question and posting pictures.  The dark spot sound like you have post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH).  You also have some underlying scarring that would also be helped.After a personal consultation, we would probably recommend the PicoSure Laser with the FOCUS Lens for pigment and texture correction.  PicoSure is safe for all skin types.  Depending on the severity of the pigment and stretch marks, it will probably take 4 to 6 treatments.  Best of luck.
