Why does my mouth poke out so far? Is there a way to make it look more feminine? (Photo)

I feel like my mouth pokes out a bit farther than it should and looks similar to a monkey’s. You can even see lines along the sides. It overall makes my face look somewhat uneven and masculine. How can I make my mouth look more flat?
