Can Microneedling damage the skin directly under eyes?

Microneedling is a great technique for collagen stimulation, fine lines, and scars. With any medical procedures there are precautions and limitations. First make sure this treatment is performed by a trained physician after a complete evaluation of your needs and review of medical history. Second the eye area is very delicate and the needles need to be very superficial and at a safe distance from the eyes.
With that in mind it is very difficult to assess your concern without taking a good look at the area.
