Can a buffalo hump removal be included in a brazilian butt lift procedure?

Hello im 23 from WA state. I have a small buffalo hump. I really want it removed, I also want a bbl. Can i get both procedures in one, because the surgeon in my area wants to charge me $3,500 just for the hump removal. Is a better option for me to just get the bbl and the fat they remove can include my hump? Also how much is average price for this procedure and how much do you charge for it in your location because I am willing to travel to have it done if the price is fair

That's an easy additional procedure to the BBL.  Buffalo Hump reductions are one of the most satisfying procedure.  Essentially an instant result.

Thank you for your question. Certainly a buffalo hump can be liposuctioned at the same time as the rest of the back. Photos would've been helpful to give you more specific information about the BBL procedure. In general, in my practice, I use the VASER Hi Def Liposuction approach for the fat collection to create an hourglass figure. This is a 360 degree liposuction to help "shrink wrap" the skin over the muscular torso.This is a very important part of a BBL procedure.Patients with a BMI of 30-32 or less are the best candidates. One of the advantages of BBL is that in order to harvest the fat a significant amount of liposuction is done. That can include the buffalo hump area. Achieving a waist line and a more hour glass figure is a necessary adjunct to BBL and reshaping the central trunk. We have three levels of BBL I, II , and III. They have to do with the amount of harvesting that we have to do. During your consultation you will be categorized in one of those levels. Good luck.

Liposuction is an excellent way to remove a buffalo jump and the fat can be used for a BBL. I would do both at the same time. We charge $6800 for the entire procedure.
