Hello im 23 from WA state. I have a small buffalo hump. I really want it removed, I also want a bbl. Can i get both procedures in one, because the surgeon in my area wants to charge me $3,500 just for the hump removal. Is a better option for me to just get the bbl and the fat they remove can include my hump? Also how much is average price for this procedure and how much do you charge for it in your location because I am willing to travel to have it done if the price is fair

This is a 360 degree liposuction to help "shrink wrap" the skin over the muscular torso.This is a very important part of a BBL procedure.Patients with a BMI of 30-32 or less are the best candidates. The fat grafting is done for shaping and enhancing the buttocks. See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation.
