In general, in my practice, I use the VASER Hi Def Liposuction approach for the fat collection to create an hourglass figure. One of the advantages of BBL is that in order to harvest the fat a significant amount of liposuction is done. That can include the buffalo hump area. Achieving a waist line and a more hour glass figure is a necessary adjunct to BBL and reshaping the central trunk. We have three levels of BBL I, II , and III.
