What caused this odd shape of my cheeks and eyes after Botox to my forehead? Did something go wrong? Can this be fixed? (Photo)

Hi, the first thing is to reassure you that the effects of Botox are temporary, usually lasting about 4 months from the time of injection. What you see now is not permanent. In a few weeks, your normal features will return. Regarding your doctor, I'm sure she is a meticulous and caring plastic surgeon. I would actually suggest returning to her, because part of plastic surgery is getting to know you as a patient, and how your face behaves from her treatment. This history will actually aid in her decision-making with regards to future Botox treatment, as in amount and location of injections. You need more exact micro BOTOX injections + fillers for tear troughs and cheeks in my over the internet opinion. 

I think you should go back to the ENT surgeon who did the Botox. She will be able to examine and determine the exact cause of the issue you have. In most instances the effects you describe go in a couple of weeks. Going back to the same doctor has the advantage that the next time you have your Botox, your doctor will know for sure how your muscles and anatomy reacts to the injection.Hope this helps, please keep us posted.Warm regardsDr Prashant

Your forehead got too much Botox. It will wear off to where it is improved but not completely, in about 3 weeks usually. Don't worry, this will go away completely in about 3 months, it's not permanent. 

It's hard to say without knowing where exactly the Botox was injected, but you may have had too much Botox injected into the forehead, causing the eyebrows to sag and skin to bunch up under the eyebrows.  I would likely let the Botox wear off and then plan on using less Botox in the forehead next time and not injecting too close on the forehead to the brows.  You should go back to see your injector so that she can see the results and make a note to adjust the treatment next time.
