Adverse drug interaction with Medrol Dose Pack?

Dr gave me a pers for MEdrol Dose pack for upcoming Vegas. Said it should help with swelling. I plan on drinking, partying and probably doing a little coke. I'm aware that its not good for me, so pleas spare me the lecture. I want to know if there are any know adverse interactions with this MEdrol Dose Pack seeing that I've never taken it before. Should I just not take it? Any advice would help, I really don't want to ask my Dr.

Let me see if I can get this right. I'll try to be gentle since you want (presumably good) advice about the possible adverse reactions with Medrol, but don't want any about the dangers of "drinking, partying, and probably doing a little coke."You asked your doctor for a prescription, but aren't interested in asking about side effects, and instead trust online answers from strangers, however well-intentioned and erudite.You would "just not take the Medrol" because of concerns about adverse reactions, but apparently think you can identify "safe" doses of illegal and totally unregulated cocaine when drinking.Are you crazy or stupid? (Sorry, that was not gentle. Just saying.)Taken properly as prescribed, and avoiding mixing this with alcohol or drugs, Medrol is much more safe than mixing alcohol and cocaine. The latter can kill you with one unanticipated reaction. Have a safe trip.

A Medrol dose pack is a steroid treatment. The adverse reactions are readily available on the internet.
