Over the last 2.5 years I have lost 85 pounds through diet and exercise. I am now around 215 lbs, size 14/16 and a large top. I am active and exercise several times a week, if not daily. My problem is that as I have lost weight over time, my big stomach dosent get any smaller. It just seems to hang lower with makes it harder and harder to exercise. In the past compression garments helped but as it hangs lower, nothing seems to be able to hold it during a workout. Would a pani or tt help?
