Question

I am 8 days post op with 300cc Mentor Moderate (under muscle). I am 5’4, 125 pounds. BWD is 12.5. I began as a 34A and wanted to increase just to a full B/small c. My surgeon and I agreed upon this size. I am not loving the way they look right now. I still feel small/flat and not looking at all like I’ll fill out a B bra even. I also feel that they’re spaced far apart. I didn’t think this would happen since these implants are wider. Would love to hear your opinions.

Your breasts will change a LOT over the next few months (not days/weeks). The projection will improve. WHwther or not they appear to have narrower cleavage remains to be seen. Be patient!

You have a very nice breast augmentation result which is typical for 8 days, so early in recovery.  Understand that it will take 6-12 weeks for the implants to stretch your tissues and fall in place and after the implants have dropped the breast will look fuller especially under the nipple areola and the lower pole of your breast.  The distance between your breast depends on the width of your breast bone and the insertion of your muscles.  Ask your plastic surgeon if you may do breast implant displacement exercises which would include pushing the breast together towards the midline.
