Asymmetrical eyes: My right eye is smaller than my left, seems to have gotten worse with time, what could be causing it? (photo)

I've been noticing in photos that my right eye seems to squint more than my right, which is especially noticeable when I smile. Recently, a family member noticed this and asked me about it. I've also noticed my right eyelid twitches regularly when I bump or rub it (like after drying off from a shower). Is there anything I can do? What could be causing this? And how common is it to have this level of noticeable difference between eyes?
