Options to Treat Nose Skin Damaged While Blackhead/whitehead Removal?

Few weeks back my wife removed blackheads & whiteheads from my nose using a steel instrument. During the session she used excessive pressure frequently, especially along the bone, & I had cuts too. Immediately after the 1 hour session my nose was red, & a sharp red line was visible running across the nose horizontally. It took 4 days for the intense swelling & redness to reduce. But the deep red line running across my nose has not disappeared after 3 weeks. It's become permanent. Can Laser help?
