Thank you for your question. Unfortunately the answer is no. There is only one unique situation where this could happen, and that is if you have an identical twin. Otherwise, no.

To answer your question, if filler injections are performed properly, they should not contribute to heaviness in the lower face.  The injection specialist should use a proper technique that would create an overall "lifting" effect of the face and simply fill in lines...
