Is it possible to transfer fat from one person to another?

This is only possible in identical twins, otherwise it will be rejected. You must have identical genes not just related.  Perhaps both of your family members would benefit from a nutrition/weight control specialist consult if they have not seen one already. Best of luck. 

If you do, your body will reject the fat as a foreign substance.  One of the advantages to having a fat transfer is that because it is your own, your body does NOT reject it, and it will provide filling for many years.

Fat cannot be transferred from one person to another. Structual fat grafting require precise techniques in order for grafting grafting to last.
